COVE Larger view + A large expansive entry sequence blurring the barrier between Northwest landscapes and innovative architecture, the cove, marks the beginning of your journey into the New Westfield Southcenter. Visitors will begin their extraordinary experience as they approach the soaring 90-foot glass façade and enter into an elegant three-story atrium.

VALLEY Larger view + The New Westfield Southcenter's 75 new specialty stores stream into an expansive corridor creating an open valley. Natural elements such as stone and timber convene as shoppers explore winding passageways, discovering sweeping views of new retailers around the next bend.

FOREST & CLEARINGS Larger view + Expressing the scenic, natural geographic setting of the Pacific Northwest by using architecture infused with warm, rich details and vibrant colors, The New Westfield Southcenter will feature a luxurious dining terrace with plush seating on the second level. Through the clearing shoppers will enjoy the awe-inspiring, perfectly framed view of Mount Rainier.

ORCHARD Larger view + At the convergence of the New Westfield Southcenter into the existing center, the long structured hall, grand courts, and large refined columns define the ordered rhythm of the orchard. A second level café provides a tree top view of this journey through nature.
